Questions about an order, a size, or a pair you're thinking about — write to us and we'll reply, Monday to Friday.

Every message is read and answered by someone on our small team, not a bot. Including your order number saves a round of emails.

Delivery

Free UK standard shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 6–9 business days, giving an estimated total of 7–11 business days from ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We email a shipping confirmation after dispatch. Where tracking is available, it includes your tracking details. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Returns

Contact support@komfrt.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request an eligible return. Items should be in good condition without unnecessary use, damage or wear. Please include original packaging and accessories where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected. You pay return postage for a change of mind, including choosing a different size or colour. We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, or another error on our part.
Something wrong?

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact support@komfrt.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, a photo. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund, repair or replacement as applicable, and cover return shipping where the issue is our responsibility. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Sizing

Every style is sold in UK sizes, and each product page shows the sizes that style comes in with EU and US equivalents.
