Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro (credit and debit cards)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
  • PayPal

Card and wallet payments are processed by Shopify Payments. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Only the methods shown at checkout are available.

Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free, so the price you see on the product page is the total you pay. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Payment security
Our checkout is encrypted with SSL, and payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm your payment with 3D Secure (for example, a code or approval in your banking app).

Declined or failed payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details, billing address and available funds, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or email us at support@komfrt.com.

Order verification
To protect our customers from fraud, we may occasionally contact you to verify an order before dispatch. If we cannot verify it, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

Discount codes
One discount code can be used per order, entered at checkout before payment. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank, card provider or PayPal may take a few extra business days to show it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
