By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
2. Who can order You must be at least 18 years old and have a UK delivery address to place an order.
3. Products We sell footwear online only. We make every effort to show colours, materials and details accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Materials for each style are listed on its product page. Sizes are UK sizes; EU and US conversions are approximate.
4. Prices and payment All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price by mistake, we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and contract After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order. The contract between us is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, because an item is out of stock), we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for full details. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
8. Faulty goods We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are fit for purpose and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Discount codes One discount code may be used per order, entered at checkout. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed and have no cash value.
10. Accounts and accuracy You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for keeping your account login details secure.
11. Intellectual property All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to ZELVERA LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
12. Acceptable use You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
13. Our liability We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses, as we supply products for domestic and private use only.
14. Events outside our control We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event significantly delays your order, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.
15. Privacy We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.
17. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
