Free standard shipping to UK addresses only. We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from outside the UK; our UK registered office is not a dispatch warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 6–9 business days, giving an estimated total of 7–11 business days from ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We email a shipping confirmation after dispatch. Where tracking is available, it includes your tracking details. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear. Prices include VAT. Orders are dispatched from outside the UK. Any customs duties or customs-clearance fees charged on delivery are payable by the customer and are not covered by Komfrt. Free shipping covers delivery charges only and does not include these customs or clearance fees.
30-day returns and exchanges
Contact support@komfrt.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request an eligible return. Items should be in good condition without unnecessary use, damage or wear. Please include original packaging and accessories where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected. For a different size or colour, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability and the return conditions. If a direct exchange is unavailable, you can return the eligible item and place a new order. You pay return postage for a change of mind, including choosing a different size or colour. We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, or another error on our part.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact support@komfrt.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, a photo. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund, repair or replacement as applicable, and cover return shipping where the issue is our responsibility. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or, where applicable, evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Any statutory refund deadlines take precedence. Eligible online purchases also have a statutory 14-day cancellation period; see our Refund and Returns Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.

01How do I choose my size?
Every style is sold in UK sizes. Clogs, sandals, slides and felt slippers are unisex, UK 2.5–12; loafers, sneakers and boots are men’s styles, UK 3–13. Each product page shows a chart with the EU and US equivalents for that style. Between sizes? Choose the larger one.
